Bursaries

The UKES and EES have been successful in obtaining sponsorship support for individuals who require assistance with meeting the registration fees in order to attend the conference. Funding is limited, however, and priority will be given to participants who are contributing to the conference programme. Applications are particularly welcome from representatives from Eastern Europe and developing countries where the financial burden of the conference may prevent participation.

Applicants are requested to provide supporting information giving details of their involvement in evaluation, the benefits they would hope to gain from attending the conference and any funding they can obtain from their employers or other sources.

Bursaries are intended to meet the partial or full cost of the conference registration fees but cannot cover travel or accommodation.

Bursary applications should be submitted as soon as possible and no later than 20 July. Applicants will be informed of the decision regarding their bursaries in good time after this date to enable them to make travel arrangements. After 20 July, requests for bursaries can only be considered if funding permits.
