VAT Invoice and VAT receipts
If you require an invoice please state this in the message box in the booking form. A VAT receipt is issued on receipt of payment by cheque or credit card.

Refund / Return Policy
Once a booking is made for the conference no refund can be made unless at least 14 days prior notice is given. Refunds are at the discretion of the management.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will not be accepted without at least 14 days prior notice.
