The Florence Nightingale Foundation and the NIHR are proud to announce this fully funded conference is now open to all Directors of Nursing, Directors of Midwifery and Directors of Research.

The conference will focus on how an evidence based nursing and midwifery culture can improve well-led organisations. Hear about how the CQC in partnership with the NIHR will soon be introducing research into CQC well-led assessments, your chance to have your say.

The programme will include a keynote address from:

Carol Porter, Chief Nursing Officer, MD Anderson Cancer Centre – Houston, Texas
who will describe the impact of a nursing and midwifery clinical research culture on patient outcomes in her address:
Demonstrating the Impact of an Evidence Based Nursing and Midwifery Culture on Improved Patient Outcomes: Learning from an International Model

The discussion panel will debate:

Creating Clinical Research Critical Mass in Well-led Organisations: What do the Nursing & Midwifery Professions Need to do Next?
