The registration fees are listed below and cover all documentation, lunches and refreshments but there is an additional charge for places at the conference dinner.

In the event of cancellations notified in writing before 9 October 2008 a 20% administration charge will be applicable. The registration fee must be paid in full in respect of cancellations received after 9 October 2008. Please note that cancellations must be confirmed in writing and acknowledged by the conference administrators or delegates will remain liable for the full registration fee. Substitutions can be made at any time but should be confirmed in writing.

A programme of Pre Conference Workshops will take place on 22 October 2008 and details will be available shortly.
